Hayden Chittell

founder & board member

Hayden Chittell serves as Chairman of Camco Private Equity Group and Camco Commodities. Over the last twenty-five years, Camco Private Equity Group has invested significantly in major developments and projects spanning real estate, development, construction, renewable energy, oil and gas, and substantial industrial ventures.

Hayden began his career in the United Kingdom, where he focused on construction management and real estate development. He led multiple property acquisitions in which assets were redeveloped, regenerated, and sold on — a formula he successfully repeated across numerous projects throughout Europe and the Middle East.

The pinnacle of his property group's development activity came in 2012 with the construction and completion of Pioneer Point, an iconic mixed-use, twin-tower development comprising 274 residential apartments across 25- and 35-storey towers, together with a four-storey podium housing a commercial and retail centre. The development marked a significant regeneration of the town of Ilford in East London, delivered in time for the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Hayden was also the founding investor and Chairman of OXE Diesel, a marine propulsion engine company that went on to list on Sweden's Nasdaq exchange. A team player, Hayden pursues an investment strategy centred on projects and people that he believes in.

Greg Naylor

Greg is a senior hospitality executive with 30+ years of global experience across ultra‑luxury and lifestyle brands including Capella Hotels & Resorts, W Hotels, and Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos. Before joining Camco Private Equity Group, he served as President of Nayco Hospitality, advising developers and international hotel brands on financial modeling, brand architecture, and commercial strategy for luxury resort and residential assets.

Previously, Greg was Director of Worldwide Sales – Hotels and Casinos for Hard Rock International, where he built the global sales infrastructure for 32 properties across 15 countries and led commercial initiatives across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. His earlier career includes corporate leadership with West Paces Hotel Group, supporting the launch of Capella Hotels & Resorts and overseeing digital revenue and distribution systems for 17 luxury hotels in 10 countries.

He is recognized for his expertise in luxury real estate and hospitality integration, with project experience in major global markets including New York City, Telluride, Los Cabos, Jamaica, Singapore, Dublin, and Düsseldorf. Greg holds a B.A. from Colorado State University and an M.A. from Schiller International University in London.
